Khazar University announces the opening of admission and the International Scholarship Program for international students. Study programs are offered in four schools of the university at both undergraduate (bachelor) and graduate (master and PhD) levels. The scholarship program targets nationals of all countries around the world and offers two merit-based full-tuition fee covered scholarships for each country.

Scholarship Opportunity

Admission timeline,selection process and deadlines
The deadline to apply is 17:00 (5:00 PM) Baku time on Saturday, April 15, 2017.
Selection process at Khazar University is a rigorous, three-stage process consisting of screening, application review and interviews of semifinalists.

Submit Your Application
Applications are submitted directly to the International Affairs Office and should be sent either to international@khazar.org or by post along with all required documents. Please consult the list of requirements for selected level of study before submitting your application.Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All documents issued in another language must be translated into English by either an official translation service or your university/college.

- A Research Proposal outlining the PhD research that you want to conduct

- Two references from individuals who can evaluate applicant’s academic or professional skills and experience

- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
- Proven English Language Skills in Reading and Writing. Standardized English language test scores are not compulsory. However, the applicants with standardized scores (valid TOEFL/IELTS scores) will have competitive advantage.
